Interior Drainage System

The most reliable way to stop chronic basement seepage—an engineered drainage channel beneath your floor that captures water and sends it safely to a sump pump.

The Solution

A perimeter drainage system that keeps water moving away from your home.

An interior drainage system is installed along the inside perimeter of your basement, just below the slab. We cut a channel at the footing, lay a high-capacity drain pipe in clean stone, and connect it directly to a sump pump system that discharges water away from your foundation.

Because it's installed inside, there's no need to excavate your yard, tear out landscaping, or disrupt your driveway. It's the go-to solution for homes with chronic seepage, hydrostatic pressure, or a high water table.

Once the new concrete is poured back over the channel, your basement looks clean and finished—while an invisible system works around the clock to keep it dry.
